Community Program
A mentorship and fitness program for at-risk youth ages 13–21+. We use the gym as a tool to build discipline, confidence, and a future worth fighting for.
The Mission
Too many young people in our community are growing up without structure, positive role models, or a place where they feel like they belong. The 1Black Fitness Youth Mentorship Program was created to change that.
We use fitness as the entry point — but the real work happens in the conversations, the accountability, and the relationships built over time. When a young person learns to show up for themselves in the gym, they learn to show up everywhere else too.
"Give a young person a goal and a coach who believes in them — watch what happens."

What We Build
Fitness gives young people a goal to work toward — something to show up for every day. Structure and purpose are the foundation of everything we build.
The gym is a judgment-free zone. Every young person who walks through the door is treated with respect and given a place where they belong.
Surrounding youth with positive peers and role models changes trajectories. We build a team mentality — you lift each other up, inside and outside the gym.
Beyond reps and sets, we invest in the whole person. Life skills, accountability, and real conversations — the kind that make a lasting difference.
When a young person discovers what their body is capable of, everything changes. Confidence built in the gym carries into school, work, and life.
We're not just training athletes — we're building future leaders. The habits and mindset developed here last a lifetime.
Get Involved
Contact us by phone, email, or through the booking form. Let us know you're interested in the youth mentorship program.
We'll schedule a free intro session with the youth and their parent or guardian. No pressure — just a conversation and a look around.
We build a schedule that works, pair them with a group, and get to work. The transformation starts on day one.
Referrals welcome. We work with schools, community organizations, social workers, and families. If you know a young person who could benefit from this program, reach out — we'll make it work.
Whether you're a parent, guardian, school counselor, or a young person looking for a place to belong — the door is open. Let's talk about how we can help.
